Radiology

The Radiology Department at PartoTeb Azma Center (Qom Radiology Center) is equipped with two types of imaging devices featuring CR (Computed Radiography) and DR (Digital Radiography) technologies.

In DR radiology, utilizing a FULL DIGITAL system and the Z-motion device manufactured by Control-X (USA), imaging of all parts of the body is made possible. This system enables the acquisition of high-quality radiographic images with minimal radiation exposure and enhanced magnification, without the need for high-dose radiation.
In CR radiology, a Dry Laser Imager, model Drypro 832 from Konica Minolta, is used to provide imaging services.

Services Provided in the Radiology Department of Teb Azma Center:

- Radiography of limbs with ZOOM capability and production of multiple images without the need for additional radiation, as well as specialized joint radiography
- Specialized joint radiology using intra-articular contrast injection (Arthrography)
- Chest radiography
- Color imaging of the uterus – Hysterosalpingography (HSG)
- Specialized contrast-enhanced radiography of the kidneys and urinary tract, including: KUB (Kidneys, Ureters, Bladder) and IVP (Intravenous Pyelography)
- Gastrointestinal imaging, including:
Plain abdominal radiography
Barium swallow
Barium meal
Small bowel transit studies, etc.
- Specialized radiography of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine
- Pediatric radiography, including bone age assessment and adenoid imaging
A Dry Laser Imager, model Drypro 832 from Konica Minolta, is used to provide these services.
