The Interventional Unit, operating with specialization and equipped with the RF device model Mygen M-2004, aims to take an effective and purposeful step toward health by employing this system as a novel method for non-surgical treatment of tumors, particularly hepatic metastases, varicose vein treatment, and more.
 
 
Interventional - biopsy
 

Interventional Radiology Procedures Available at This Center:

1. Biopsy of organs and neoplastic lesions (liver, pancreas, spleen, bone, etc.)
2. Percutaneous drainage of abscesses, bilomas, cholecystostomies, and ascites
3. Percutaneous treatment of hydatid cysts
4. Placement of a peritoneal port (for easy outpatient or at-home drainage in cases of refractory ascites)
5. Celiac ganglion block (for pain control in pancreatic cancers, upper abdominal cancers, and chronic pancreatitis)
6. Superior hypogastric and impar ganglion block (for managing pain caused by pelvic cancers)
7. Radiofrequency and chemical ablation and cementoplasty for painful bone metastases
8. Ablative treatments for primary and metastatic liver tumors (including radiofrequency ablation and chemical ablation)
9. Radiofrequency ablation and splenic artery embolization (for control of hypersplenism and splenomegaly)
